Due to size and customs regulations, we can only ship within mainland UK.
Each branch is completely unique. As these are natural, CONTORTED, Hazel stems, please allow for twists and knots throughout the length of the stem, not just the tops of the branches! If purchasing to display in a vase, carefully consider the width of the vase opening. If you are unsure, we would be happy to advise, just send a message. Thanks x

We’ll then send you an email with more information on how to return.
**** Returning your purchase ****
You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing.
**** Refunds ****
Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
Please note, your initial shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE unless your purchase is considered faulty.
**** Faulty items ****
We take great care to ensure that our items arrive beautifully packaged just as they left us. However, if you are unhappy with the quality, or your purchase appears to be damaged, please message us within 24 hours of receipt, along with your order number, first name/last name, shipping address and some photographs so we can look into this further for you.
