**** Returning your purchase ****
You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing.
**** Refunds ****
Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
Please note, your initial shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE unless your purchase is considered faulty.
